Yeah, I know...it's been awhile since I posted to this blog. Been busy building the Bloggerce Network. But no excuse really. Oh yeah, my hard disk crashed. That was fairly traumatic. But I'm usuing it as an excuse to return to my computing roots and buy a new Apple iMac.

You see, for my first 10 years of professional life I was a hardcore Mac addict. Then I switched over to Windows for ostensibly "solid business reasons." Now, it's time to go home.

Apple's announcements this week at MacWorld that it was delivering the Intel-based version of its fantastic multimedia computer the iMac didn't hurt. Ultimately, I'll be able to run both the Mac's Tiger Operating System and Windows (Vista, not XP though) natively. How cool is that.

In the meantime, check out the details on the new Macs at Macworld and ThinkSecret.

One other announcement that Apple made that's significant for Bloggerce members: the revised version of GarageBand has a podcasting studio as its centerpiece. If you're a podcaster or wannabe podcaster, your life just got easier. Bloggerce is a great place to post your podcasts, or just your blog with a link to your podcast somewhere else (like on Apple's .mac service).

At Bloggerce, we love podcasting; we'll even help you build your own. Just drop me a link: brian@bloggerce.com. Or check out our podcasting page in this blog. Happy 'casting!
